”a family room located between ground floor and basement was very spacious which should fit for a group of 4-6 for relatively a long stay like a week. ”Hotel Excelsior was a very nice hotel in a very great location in Zermatt. The room was clean and modern the shower was amazing and while a small room it was very comfortable and included a balcony. Great place and nice hotel
"The hotel was an excellent choice for a weekend trip to Stresa. The location is central and close to the beach, but not next to a busy road. An iron was not available and there is no experience with breakfast, but otherwise the service and accommodation are really smooth. You could park your car for an extra fee in the parking garage under the hotel, really easy!"
