”Staff was very helpful and courteous!”

”There was one pillow per person, and they ran out of extra pillows. AC was so loud, that we had to switch it off so we could have a conversation. The loudest AC I have ever heard. Otherwise it was quiet two nights. Staff was friendly, but to the point it felt a bit unprofessional, hanging in front of hotel on ciggies when we went in or out. Room had smell like mold and I got bronchitis right after our visit. Could be coincidence though. I wouldn't recommend for asthmatics though.”

”I stayed here this past Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconvenient. I had to be moved to three different rooms by staff because of multiple issues — one room had no air conditioning, another had no working TV, and the last one I ended up in had no hot water. The exterior of the property was also in poor condition, with construction going on, grass torn up, and nails scattered across the parking lot. To top it off, there was a bug in the bathtub when I went to...

”I was skeptical of this property because it was priced so affordabably. We were pleasantly suprised to arrive and find a recently renovated property that was cleaner than many higher end chain hotels. There rooms had everything they promised, and some of the furniture is older, but the beds are comfortable and all the bedding and towels seemed new and very clean. We didn’t hear any noise during our stay. It was a great value for us. ”

”This motel is being renovated at the moment and I like what they are doing. Beds were comfortable and linen and beddings good quality, you usually see that quality in more expensive places. I will stay here again.”

Convenient to residential areas around the Lakes. We were at large family reunion. Heard no outside noises, slept late undisturbed. ”

”While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!”
