”Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating.”

”The hotel is a great hotel situated well for all the sites in Stratford. My concern and found it unbelievable that they ask you to help out with the planet and participate in using towels sensibly and I think that is great, but the bathroom towel rail is on 24/7 and in a heat wave as it was when we stayed it is very very uncomfortable, I asked at reception but unfortunately can’t be turned off in any of the rooms. CRAZY”

”Loved this property! Onsite amenities, good breakfast, close to restaurants and theatre. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Premium room included access to lounge with evening reception of wine/beer hors d'oeuvres and all the time tea, coffee, soft drinks and cookies. Nice place to relax at the end of the day. Due to a conference going on, parking was challenging but available.”

”The room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no remote for the tv and the telephone did not connect to reception. The staff provided us with a remote that did not work so that involved another walk back to reception. A very pleasant member of staff came back with me and ensured a further remote worked. Later on the tv. pixilated and did not work probably due to loose connection which we couldn't fix. Breakfast was very comprehensive and well done.”
