”Check in was a pleasure and nothing seemed the be too much for the staff at reception. Everything was explained to us and everything we needed was in our room waiting for us. The food in the bar/restaurant was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us and our dog.”

”Two night stay to attend the RSC Theatre, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent location to visit the town centre and to enjoy the river. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff who work long hours. The pub is a little shabby in places, but overall very good. We will be returning (when I’ve saved enough Tesco points!) ”

”We flew from Canada for a 70th Birthday party here. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Liam our Breakfast server was phenomenal!! He was an attentive and professional with a smile. The Trainee manager Ryan with the lovely hair was a pleasure, as were the two bar tenders Jamie and Nathan. We would not hesitate to book this place again. ”
