”No tienen estacionamiento propio, tienes que buscar donde dejar tu auto, al llegar a hacer el check in, te cobran un depósito de 20 dólares extra, que dicen que te rembolsaran y no lo hacen, el desayuno incluido es barato e insípido, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar”

”A lovely stay. My room was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast which, although busy, had lots of room to sit and eat. The General Manager was a really nice chap when I had a request about laundry, and Dan on the front desk was a dude, really friendly and helpful. The in-house Japanese bar-restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommend. The pool was fun and for Portland the area was nice enough, although to be honest I didn't feel particularly safe anywhere in that city.”

”It had been years since I stayed here and wanted to revisit because of the location. While I didn't dislike the stay, a few things could and would have made it much better. Housekeeping missed quite a bit of details that would have made the stay more comfortable. My room was a bit dusty. The glasses/mugs weren't washed/cleaned properly. Apparently the room hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly since there were crumbs and clothing stands visible throughout. The biggest issue was the mold in the...

”We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean.”

”It was classy, and nice but when I went to shower there was no hot water😢 so that brought the rating down... and the 2 clowns at the front desk thought they were comedians..! Trav, over and out a here...😩”

”I stayed at the Benson a few months ago for a business trip. When I returned to Portland for another business trip, I brought 5 of my colleagues to stay because I liked it so much! Nothing beats the old-world charm and new renovations keep the historic feel while being modern and clean. The waiters in the Palm Court restaurant are now my friends and will make your stay and meal that much better! ”

”There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast. They didn't seem to replenish much after it was gone. Walls are SUPER thin. My friends and I got a knock on our door saying we needed to quiet down when we weren't even being loud. Just sitting on the bed chatting, listening to music at a very low volume. After that we felt the need to whisper which was annoying so we just went to sleep. Staff was super friendly and the valet guys were very personable. ”
