”We were really disappointed and were surprised that Hotels.com had given the property an 8.4. We needed to do some laundry and one of the two washers was broken. One of the two dryers was broken. I couldn't even get enough quarters from the front desk for my one load of wash and one load for the dryer. Our refrigerator was lopsided and when you opened it, it leaned forward and things began to spill out. I had very little water pressure for my shower, and the water drained so slowly that the...

Tom makes sure the place is clean, neat and we always have enough towels, paper supplies and the cabinets are fully stocked with plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses and pots and pans. ”House was very clean. Location was great because there is not many places to stay in this rural area. Access and communication was perfect. I did find the living room furniture very small, scarce, and not suitable for comfortable use and a place to relax and converse. We appreciate your hospitality.”

”We had a really nice stay. The house layout was perfect for our group of adults and teens, it was nice having the basement for the kids to hang out. There are several twin beds in each room which is nice to be able to sleep a lot of people, but if you are a couple it can be a little weird unless you push them together. We used the fire pit which was great. It’s about 18 min to lake George village. House was clean and well stocked. Thank you! ”
