”Very friendly and accommodating owner”

”Very nice and clean”

”It was a great stay! Fitted everyone just great, the main town is about 10-15 min drive and other necessities are close, would recommend!”

”First time glamping. Loved the privacy and beautiful view. Not sure if glamping is my thing. Very comfortable but primitive.”

”This was a wonderful place to stay and exactly as described. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus! I also really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, which can be hard to find. I was thrilled with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!”

”Our 14 member family totally enjoyed our stay. The property was a great size and there was nothing we didn’t have. The boat rental was a little bumpy but ended up great. We would highly recommend this property to other large groups. Richard, the owner was helpful and gracious and Debbie, the property manager was wonderful.”

”We had a great time here. It was peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. Lynn, the owner was so nice and friendly. She was accessible and answered any questions we had. We went when there was nobody else staying there so we had the whole campground to ourselves. It was wonderful. We went there to escape from the city. It was everything we could’ve imagined and hoped for and more.”

”The cottage was beautiful, clean and quiet. It was perfect for a nice weekend away without our son for our best friends wedding.”

”The cabin was wonderful and the woods with the trails were just perfect. ”

”Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”

”What a delight for everyone and especially bird and nature-lovers!! This place is adorable. Spotless!!! All amenities and things you might need. And it is a bird-lover’s paradise! We saw an osprey several times, numerous cranes and swans, 50 different types of songbirds, and geese galore. The kayaking on the river was so amazing we did it several times. The mornings a listening birds and gazing at the mountains were perfect. Enjoyed a lovely fire in the evenings. Communications and...

”House was very clean. Location was great because there is not many places to stay in this rural area. Access and communication was perfect. I did find the living room furniture very small, scarce, and not suitable for comfortable use and a place to relax and converse. We appreciate your hospitality.”

”great place to stay”

”Liked having washer and dryer but no complimentary detergent.”
