”My husband and I liked everything about the room with one exception. The shower had no grab bars for safety and that was an issue for both of us. We appreciated the fact that the room was comfortable without chairs or tables we didn't need nor want. The bed was extemely comfortable with large perfect pillows. ”

”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place. Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”

”I spent 5 nights at Sonesta. The accommodations were exactly as described. The room and facility was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available as needed but mostly kept to their duties. I had a handicap accessible room bcz I was having surgery while in Ann Arbor.
