”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place. Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”

”Attractive, comfy bed, exceptionally clean. The first room assigned to me was on the first floor on the freeway side. Way too noisy. I went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the quiet side and, it may have been smaller, but it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was far from full. I don't understand why they would assign the noisy rooms when they had others available.”
