”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”We had a nice, pleasant stay with the family. Our rooms faced to the backyard, so it was quiet, although there is a lively road passing the hotel. A lot of parking places, easy to reach with a car, good connections to the centre also by bus. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, they let us borrow our adapters, because we didn't have any. (Didn't even know that the sockets are different in the UK compared to Finland - and most European countries). The breakfast room was lovely, as was...

”+ Really helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast, short walk to the city center - WiFi wasn't working properly, room was really cold since the heater wasn't working Yes, the hotel was old and little outdated and our bed wasn't that comfortable but everything was kept nice and clean. ”Great place to stay not far from the Chinese quarter of Birmingham. The room was brilliant not like a hotel from the outside more like a shallet, spacious room with all you needed. Breakfast was £9.99 per booked or £13.95 on the day, was cooked food and cereals toast etc. The room was poor for the noise from the road seemed it was boy racer night! ”Old premises, good for sleeping. Only single glass windows so all noise from the yard and road come was heard in the room. Noisy neighbors in the yard both nights.
