”For a family of three, our room with a queen bed was too small, so we were offered an upgrade, which was very kind. The staff is outstanding. Not one time while our daughter was at the resort did we worry. She loved the lounge and quick access to the beach and pool. I loved the grounds and private patio. All around a great stay!”

”We stayed here for a week in August. Family of five. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are amazing! Professional, welcoming, kind and funny. The food is nice, mostly Caribbean with some international dishes as well. Would have been nice to have some snack options inbetween meals, sandwiches etc as a few times we missed the allocated times. The beach is stunning! White sand and clear blue seas. ”

”This is a property that boasts some of the best views from the cliffs in Jamaica. Located on the Westend there are many amenities on property as well as surrounding it. Staying cliff side is the best with most rooms having air conditioning. Make sure to stop by the bar for one of their famous drinks and enjoy some of the best food. ”

”Very nice hotel at the beautiful white sand beach. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The hotel area is well maintained, very safe and well secured. Many good restaurants and mini marts near by. The only minus thing was the near by bar&restaurant Bourbon, they had very loud parties EVERY night. The music and bass was so loud that i could hear it even i had my earpluggs on.”

”Great location by the beach. Continental breakfast was OK, included fruits, bread, cake, juice - sufficient for most mornings. Friendly staff. Location in middle of Seven mile beach, perfect beach access. Good bar and sunbathing area. On the other hand, we paid an extra for a room with oceanview. Beware, there is a difference between "oceanview" and "partial oceanview"!. In practise, we could just see a glimse of the ocean from our room; the balcony was not facing westwards but southwards. ”This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It had high rating but I thought it was probably overrated until I arrived . The Views ,Ocean Cliffs Amazing Staff from Heather , Afri, Raquel , Richmond the Bartender , even the Maintenance Guy Cardaine made sure we were comfortable. We had Swedish massage and it was so amazing I went in to have my first ever facial . That too was rejuvenating. That's Shanique , you did an amazing job . We will be back .
