”Great location by the beach. Continental breakfast was OK, included fruits, bread, cake, juice - sufficient for most mornings. Friendly staff. Location in middle of Seven mile beach, perfect beach access. Good bar and sunbathing area.
On the other hand, we paid an extra for a room with oceanview. Beware, there is a difference between "oceanview" and "partial oceanview"!. In practise, we could just see a glimse of the ocean from our room; the balcony was not facing westwards but southwards.

”I liked that the property was conveniently located close to the beach. However, considering the price I paid, I expected breakfast to be included. I was also disappointed that the property did not have an elevator, which meant I had to carry my suitcases up and down the stairs.”

”The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.”

”The chefs was great and front desk person was great however the room Roche the pillow is dirty and the room was also leaking you could see the water in temptation and they had a water bubble behind the TV on the wall”

”This is potentially a nice property however it would require some additional upkeep and repairs to get to its full potential.
Mattresses are somewhat thin and the towels and sheets while clearly clean are off colored due to their age I would presume.
The location is ideal for Negril, but the property itself leave something to be desired. It would also be nice if there was a bit of music in the pool area as well as a television set by the bar, particularly during the World Cup season.
