”Expedia website stated all taxes and fees were included but I had to pay $40, ($10 parking and $30 resort fee) for 2 nights. We were only using the resort to sleep at so I would have chose somewhere else had I known about the additional fees when I booked it. They stated some booking sites include the fees and some don't and Expedia was one that doesn't even though the stated all taxes and fees were included. Also, could not get the room to cool down at night. Was mildly uncomfortable...

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”It was a clean room with very old details and components. Some very interesting; maybe the carpet and some of them does not look pretty well. For sure the carpet must be change. Staff is very helpful and I believe that hotel can has old structure and materials, etc. but some of them requires some renovation to look better. I know that it is a town hotel, but to stay for a long period of time it can be improve its customer offer. Thanks for its service!”
