”Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

”This was a very peaceful and well positioned hotel. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was clean and orderly although we would have preferred a walk-in shower and instead we had a tub. The breakfast was okay, but we liked the free snack packs provided which had a bottle of water, an apple or orange, a plain bagel, and peanut butter. ”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
