”The property was beautiful. The room was clean everything worked well. The nice free breakfast was cool although they could use some flavored creamer. The scavenger hunt and questions great add to the fun. Also love the lock idea!! Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂”

”It was perfect but they should mention that the breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay for it through the bistro.”

”Had a wonderful stay property was very updated and modern very clean and it smelled nice when we first walked in our room. The breakfast was great front desk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going there again.”

”It was a great experience for me and my family. They were extremely nice”

”Decent for a quick night stay it is sort of loud for a Hilton and the breakfast was good checkout times great the card wasn’t working very much to get in and out of the side doors or even the room. There was issues with that. They don’t have a hot tub children are the age of 18. Cannot use the bicycle or the treadmill even if they’re 16 years old with a parent I understand rules and regulations and liability, but if you’re with your parent and you are into Fitness, you should be able to use...

”Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice. The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that. Location and free parking always good.”

”Staff were very helpful. Suggest that the staff provide a map with details about the surrounding area near the hotel - dining, shopping, points of interest. The night of our stay, there must have been a "rowdy" concert in the large building across the street from the hotel. Lots of noise - several of the individuals in 'muscle" cars were demonstrating (numerous times) how to excessively squeal their times and preform dangerous circles in the parking lot. Very noisy and disturbing!!! Breakfast...

”Bed was very firm! Offered both firm & soft pillows. Breakfast was good. Loved having a Keurig in the room for coffee 1st thing in the morning or anytime during day. Location was great and many restaurants & shopping in Levis Commons nearby was great”

”I read the reviews right before going and it definitely had me rethinking our stay. I was pleasantly surprised though. The hotel is run down and the rooms are not updated however it was decent enough for the price. No bugs. We stayed 2 nights and had no issues.”

”Quiet part of bgsu. Nice new quick stop next door. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will stay again!”

”Great property and clean rooms. Would stay here again.”

”Check in was quick and easy. I was checking out on a Sunday, and asked for a one hour extension for my check out and they obliged with no trouble at all which helped with my Sunday plans. Everything about the room and the hotel itself was great.”
