”My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

”Property was excellent - very convenient to Burning Rock ATV and our own property just up the road. House was clean and spacious for our family - Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip soon. It was super nice to have all the little things taken care of for you when you arrive. Charcoal for the grill, coffee, salt & pepper etc. ”

”Was perfect for whatcwe were looking for. Definitely enjoyed the large space, pool table and the large covered front porch area. Was alittle different as there are no windows but we adjusted fast and really enjoyed our stay. Will be looking to book yhis unit again when we go back”

”Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!”

”We had decided to move up our October 4 wheeling trip to May, and after looking at the reviews for this place, we could not have picked a better place. The communication with the host was wonderful. The amenities were great! I would suggest this place to my friends to rent. Thank you, John.”
