”Amazing staff, I arrived early but I was able to get in my room immediately. Location is great, especially if you arrive by train. Walking distance from the railway station and also walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was okay, typical Uzbek breakfast. Rooms were clean but a bit wornout. There is a restaurant downstairs so you'll hear the music to your room, luckily both nights I stayed the party ended by 9pm so it didn't really disturb. ”

”This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.”

”寒くなる地方なので11月初めで床暖房が入っていました。部屋にスリッパと水はありません。ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあります。イチャンカラから徒歩10分程度。近くにあまりお店はありませんが、近くのブランドバーガー（名前に反してホットドッグ屋さん）は安くて美味しかったです。”

”O hotel é novo, por isso, as camas e as instalações são excelentes. O pessoal é bem receptivo, mesmo não sabendo inglês com fluência. Muito bem localizado, o hotel fica na área central de Khiva. Café da manhã (tradicional uzbeque) excelente e farto. Quarto silencioso e com ar-condicionado também silencioso.”

”L'établissement est très beau mais des progrès sont à faire pour qui se dit " Grand Palace" : - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et nous avons dû réclamer pour changer . -La piscine n'est accessible qu 'avec paiement de supplément et à l'heure. - Pas de possibilité de Lunch box avec un départ tôt le matin .”

”We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! ”
