”We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Penn Yan, New York. The lobby was inviting and had free coffee and juice 24/7. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc… The grounds of the hotel or clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot tub would bubble up with huge amounts of foam.”
