”Was a great hotel and comfortable visit. The room was clean and well kept, and we found the amenities nice enough. Was disappointed to find out there was a "resort fee" upon checking out. I likely missed some small print somewhere, but with nothing mentioned at check in, a $100 surprise when leaving left a bad taste unfortunately. ”

”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...

”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”Good location, valets were very attentive with shuttle and vehicle needs, housekeeping was fair, restaurant was very good, front desk was very good except when we were leaving at 5AM. Did not get his name but we felt like we were bothering him. ”

”The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check...
