”We usually choose Best Western hotels when we travel, but unfortunately, this one did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect.
The front desk staff was okay, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We also weren’t given any information about the hotel, such as breakfast hours or parking, which would have been helpful.
