The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick...

”The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. ”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good.
