”We went on a extremely busy weekend FIFA and July 4th. Self park was full we just used the valet parking. The valet staff was very helpful. The staff were so nice and professional and patient as the check in/check out line was getting a bit backed up. Nice pool, room was nice & clean bed comfy. Breakfast had quite a variety and the staff kept the food area clean and stocked with goodies. Easy check in and easy check out. Added plus great location!”

”This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible.”

”Loved this hotel. Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I am very well traveled. The pool was incredible and everything we imagined, plenty of food options available on site, and staff were very friendly. Would book again in a heartbeat!”

”Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist.”

It's a great space, located conveniently (we were there for Astros baseball), and the rates were not bad at all. A great option, and we'd stay there again if visiting downtown Houston.”
