Cozy Bungalow with Deck, Near Kemah Boardwalk

Historic and charming, Boardwalk Bungalow is located just steps away from the Kemah Boardwalk— considered to be one of the premier boardwalks in the country. This classic Texas vacation home has sleeping space for eight people and a spacious outdoor lounging area with tons of seating, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a sunken dining space, and a lush grassy area. When you’re ready to explore, the themed restaurants, shops, and amusement rides of the Kemah Boardwalk are right around the corner.

● Location: Kemah, Texas - 0.3 miles to the Kemah Boardwalk!

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We have room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

When you arrive at Boardwalk Bungalow, you’ll park on a cobblestone driveway— the first sign that you’ve arrived someplace special. Once inside, you’ll find a living, dining, and kitchen space flooded with bright Texas sunshine. On the main floor, the master suite has a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom that can also be accessed from the dining area. There’s also a convenient laundry room on the main floor. Upstairs in the lofted sleeping space, two queen-size beds and one double bed sit underneath a vaulted ceiling highlighted with exposed wood beams. The whole room is surrounded by large, light-filled windows and peaceful views of the treetops.

Outside through the French doors, a tropical Texas oasis awaits. The massive, sun-dappled deck space has plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax. Sip your mug of morning coffee out here and listen to the birds, or share a bottle of wine at twilight. The fire pit makes an ideal gathering space for roasting gooey s’ mores after dinner. Grill some juicy burgers on the charcoal grill while the kids and pets play in the grassy area nearby. For a Texas vacay that’s filled with fun, sun, and excitement, Boardwalk Bungalow is the place your whole family will want to return to again and again.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 6 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
