Spread across three beautifully designed floors, our home features spacious and stylish living areas filled with natural light. With high-end finishes and a welcoming ambiance, you’ll feel right at home in this elegant retreat.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom: Indulge in the king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom boasting a stand-alone rain shower, a luxurious bathtub, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet—perfect for unwinding after a day of festivities!
Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed with access to a full bathroom featuring a combined shower/bathtub.

Getting around is pretty good using public transit: the area is very walkable, with daily errands doable without a car. The nearest METRORail stop is the McGowen Station on the Red Line, which is just a short walk away. Several METRO bus lines (such as the 54 Scott, plus others along McGowen/US-59 and nearby streets) serve the area, with stops just a few minutes from that address. So you can rely on a combination of walking, buses, and light rail to get around most of the city from there.

House Guidelines: Please take a moment to review the house guidelines provided in the guest manual upon arrival. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. It covers essential information on check-out procedures, appliance usage, and general house rules.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Check-In Instructions: Prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed check-in instructions via email or the platform you booked through. These instructions will include information on how to access the smart lock, retrieve keys, and any other essential details for a smooth check-in process.

Girls Trip...

This three story condo was the best. The host stayed in touch and very helpful. This location is close to everything. We rented an car but we also used Uber. Every place we visited took 5 to 20 mins.
