• Beautiful tiled walk-in shower with quality shampoo, conditioner, and towels
• Elongated toilet and modern sink
• Workspace for reading, writing, or remote work
• Single burner cooktop, Airfryer, coffee pot, and small fridge
• Comfortable sofa, with queen-size loft bed above
• Hanging area for clothes, plus smart storage under the sofa
• A 12ft x 8ft private deck with large glass doors that bring the outdoors in
This isn’t just a place to crash—it’s a tiny sanctuary designed for simplicity, rest, and style.

We regularly fumigate and clean, but due to our natural setting and compact layout, you may occasionally encounter the occasional bug—alive or not. It’s rare, but possible. We believe in keeping it real and transparent.
⸻
❄️ Air Conditioning
The wall-mounted A/C unit is turned off until check-in to conserve energy.
It may feel warm when you arrive, but it cools quickly.

🚽 RV-Style Toilet Info
This unit uses a compact RV-style toilet system. It works well, but mild odors may occur, especially in high humidity. It’s part of the tiny living experience—functional and efficient, with a little character.

Our patio furniture is outside… which means it collects dust—even after it’s been cleaned. That’s life in Texas. If spotless outdoor furniture is essential to your experience, we totally understand—but this may not be the right home for you. We’d rather be up front than have surprises later. 🌵

📋 Important Details About the Tiny Home
✅ Pest Control
We conduct regular pest control services. Still, due to our semi-rural setting, you might see the occasional insect (alive or not). It’s rare, but possible—and part of tiny living close to nature.
🌡️ Air Conditioning
To conserve energy, the wall-mounted A/C is turned off prior to arrival. It may feel warm initially but cools quickly once powered on.
🚽 Toilet Information
Our homes use RV-style toilets—totally functional, but slightly different than home plumbing. In high humidity or with heavy use, mild odors may occur. We’ve added systems to help reduce this, but it’s still part of the charm of compact living.
