La Quinta Inn & Suites – Houston, Texas

”This is our last stay there. We stay here 2-3 times a month for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the hotel is going downhill, sheets was nevered changed, pee and hair on the toilet, food on the walls and end tables, the pull out couch was out and you could see where someone was sleeping on it. The maintenance guy stayed in a room on the 1st floor with music blasting. The elevator starting moving without the doors closing and sounded like it was going to fall. The staff did not care, even said...

”The property was OK nothing special. I had to knock on the office door to get staff out to check me in. There were several dogs there and during our stay a couple of instances upstairs and in the lobby where dogs were barking probably at each other. I have dogs and like animals, owners need to control their pets. The desk chair in the room was pretty worthless and needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.”

”Our stay at La Quinta was excellent. We had our puppy with us and it was excellent for our needs.”
