Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and public playgrounds, for a more convenient stay.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY). You CANNOT park on Kiam St.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to finalize your reservation. You will be contacted via email and/or text by Truvi to complete the verification.
