NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.

By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy.

This property is also conveniently located about 20 minutes from NRG Stadium, home to major sports events, concerts, and the famous Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.



Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

• Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

• No firearms, weapons, or ammunition (including stun guns, tasers, or archery equipment) are permitted on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week in summer and once a week other months. Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance.

• POOL HEATING SERVICE is available for an additional fee of $150 per day, with a minimum of 2 days.

• To request this service, please let us know as far in advance as possible, as the pool requires several hours to reach an optimal temperature.

• Landscaping: Is done once a week.

• Pool and landscaping staff access through the backyard to keep the property in the best possible conditions for you.

• Security Cameras: One camera is installed in the front door lock for security. Please note that when the door opens, the camera briefly points toward the dining area.

• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.

• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
