The dining area features an expansive table with comfortable seating for 8-10 guests, ideal for hosting dinner parties or gathering with friends and family.

The kitchen is equipped with a quartz countertop island with seating for up to 4, making it easy to cook and socialize at the same time. Indulge in your culinary passions during your stay with us! Our modern home features brand-new appliances and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals.
BEDROOMS
Experience ultimate comfort and relaxation in our four beautifully designed bedrooms. Each room features plush 100% cotton bedding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms, located on the ground level, boasts a cozy queen-sized bed and a full bathroom for your convenience. On the second floor, you'll find three stunning ensuite bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds share an ensuite bathroom for added convenience.
KING SUITE
The elegant primary suite welcomes you with a grand king-sized bed, a private covered balcony, and vaulted ceilings. You'll love the luxurious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, custom shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Unwind on the sofa and stream your favorite shows from the 55” Smart TV, or transform the sleeper sofa into a queen-sized sleeping arrangement to accommodate larger parties of up to 10.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home, except the attic, supply closet next to the stairs, and linen closet in the primary bedroom. The restricted areas are reserved for our amazing team members to keep the home fully stocked and equipped with everything you want and need for an exceptional stay.
The property is fully fenced and gated. Gate and home access are self-entry via a keypad. Your timed access code for the home is unique to your reservation and will be provided in time for check-in.
PARKING
The property includes private gated parking for two cars and driveway parking for a third car. If you take advantage of the free street parking, please be mindful to stay clear of our neighbors’ driveways. Beyond 3 cars, we highly recommend arriving via Uber or Lyft.

Standard Check-in Time: 4 pm
Standard Check-out Time: 11 am
We ask all our guests to honor the 11 am check-out time unless you have previously booked and paid for late check-out. Our cleaning team works on a tight schedule in order to get the home ready in between guests.
*Early check-in for early birds* Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival and available upon request. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the standard 4 pm check-in time.
*Late check-out for sleepy heads* Please request late check-out availability at least 24 hours prior to your day of departure. Availability is not guaranteed. The late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
PSSST! KEEP THE PEACE. Our home is located in a residential environment and is not suitable for parties nor loud music in the backyard or noisy gatherings. Please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise down at all times. Quiet hours in the City of Houston are from 10 pm until 8 am each night. Noise complaints called in by neighbors are enforced by the Houston Police Department and can lead to fines for which the guest would be responsible.
KEEP IT CLEAN. Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning needs according to the normal use of the property by a courteous guest. We understand that accidents can happen. If the need arises and an out-of-the-ordinary mess does happen, please make use of the full range of cleaning tools available at the house, in order to clean up after yourselves (cleaning solutions, detergent, vacuum, broom, etc.). Our cleaning team should never have to find stains, bodily fluids, or makeup stains. If we determine unaddressed excessive cleaning needs for our cleaning professionals this can add an additional fee according to the following situations.
General excessive cleaning: stains (makeup or other kinds) in sheets or towels, on the fabric of furniture, walls, etc.
Biohazard Cleaning: bodily fluids, blood, vomit, feces, etc.
Pet Cleaning: pet shedding and hair, poop, etc.
OVERVIEW OF FEES OR DEPOSITS

Property damage: Fee plus the cost of repair or replacement, material, labor, revenue losses
Theft: $300 plus the cost of repair or replacement, material, labor, revenue losses
Any violation of house rules if evidenced before your departure may result in the immediate termination of your booking and the removal of all guests from the property without a refund. The host assumes no responsibility for personal injuries that occurred during the guest’s stay. By confirming the reservation, the guest and his /her guests acknowledge and agree that the owners of the property/and co-hosts will not accept any claims or liability for personal injuries or losses.
