This beautiful and newly renovated home, located in the heart of the famed Kemah Boardwalk and Lighthouse District, is the perfect vacation destination. It is a place for familial and friendly gatherings, a place to fish, play, and boat. The hardest decision you will make is which balcony to enjoy the most glorious Texas Rayleigh Blue skies from whilst sipping on a cool beverage and being misted by The Bay's coastal breezes; if that isn't plentiful on its own, we are amidst the wildly popular Kemah Boardwalk 60-acre theme park. Kemah Boardwalk, a Tilman Fertitta development, has recently taken the coveted ranking of "One of the Top Ten Boardwalks in the Country" by Smarter Travel. Kemah abounds you with a buzzing district of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, free concerts, rides, games, and so much more!
Blue Bay is a three-storied, four-bedroom, three 1/2-bath dreamy home with four balconies offering sweeping views of Galveston Bay and the city of Kemah's Light House District; here, you can easily accommodate 13-15 of your favorite people. Outdoors beckons you with a recently constructed 230 ft private pier, where our guests have fished and crabbed day and night; this area is coveted as one of the best fishing spots on The Bay!
Ground Floor:
The Ground Floor is the Game Room. The Game Room features pool, ping-pong, and card playing tables, along with an eating table, powder room, a refrigerator for your beverages, and a large flat-screen Smart TV; it is the perfect playscape for the young and old and never a dull moment to be had; just outside is a barbeque grill and spacious patio.
Second Floor:
The Second Floor has a large open-concept entertainment room, including a dining table and an inviting family room for your joyous moments and movie-watching pleasures from the 65-inch Smart TV, all with a view that never tires. You will find a double-over-double bunk bedded room and a full bathroom here. When you are done whipping up a delicious meal from the chef's kitchen, or maybe it is take-out from one of Kemah's fine restaurants, come outside and enjoy some dessert in the salty air!
The Third Floor
The Third Floor has three bedrooms. There is a spacious primary king-sized bedroom with an office desk, futon, and spa-like ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a king-sized bedded room and a double over double bunk room with a shared adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs, each has walk-out balconies, 2 facing the bay and one facing the City of Kemah's Lighthouse District. On this floor, you will find a well-stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Update on Sunday, 08/18/2024: The fishing pier has been broken since Hurricane Beryl. We scheduled a crew to come out to rebuild it and expect it to be fixed by Sunday, 09/11/2024. Sorry for any inconvenience.
