The space
This is the actual home I live in, it's not perfect, but I love it & I hope you do as well, please treat it with Respect. Please no unpaid guests are allowed in the home, No Smoking, No Drugs, Drinking is okay if you can control yourself. No Vomiting, fighting, etc. I'm a music Junkie, so there is a nice loud BT speaker in the couch, which you are welcome to use! Please reserve drinking(especially colored drinks) & eating for eating areas, to help forgo spills and stains on sofa's & bedding. Fee's for stained Furniture & Bedding will apply.

Please no Unpaid guests, Unauthorized guest fee will be charged per day... Names & Info for Guests required. Access to Gameroom, Pool Table/ Ping Pong table, T.V. available with Hulu.
T.V. for Video games avail. in Gameroom, Desk, Futon, & Small Fridge.
Backyard patio & Firepit ( Firepit, not available for use at the present time) please follow instructions for use
*Please no children under 18 in Gameroom without a parent
Other things to note
For a fee, Early/Late check-out/in times may be available if there isn't another Booking that day and if the Cleaning crew can accommodate. The request must be 24hrs before check-in or check-out.
