GATHERINGS
Feel free to gather with friends and family during your stay. Please observe Airbnb’s official No-Party policy (this includes loud music or events past 9pm).

PARKING
There are four designated parking spots, 2 cars fit in the driveway and 2 cars fit in the garage. At this time, there is no remote for the garage, you will need to use the button inside the garage to open/close it. When parking in the street, ensure that all guests observe signs and do not block driveways. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside or outside the house.

PETS
We know pets are part of the family and we welcome well-mannered dogs for a $50 per pet fee. Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention. Pets can't be left unattended or must be kenneled. No pets on furniture/beds. Guests will be charged additional cleaning fees to remove dog fur from furniture. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs are outside. Pet must be registered at the time of booking.
