Resort-style property designed for hosting large groups in a high-end city-ranch style setting. Multiple game rooms, basketball court, fire pit, heated swimming pool, spa, batting cages, pickleball, full workout room, and more. Fully fenced and gated 2.1 acres just a short drive to all of Houston's youth and professional sports venues. All linens, towels, paper products, dishes, soaps, shampoo, etc. are included. This property is absolutely amazing. We had a large group of teenagers and they had plenty to do and a lot of room to do it in. They were throughly entertained the whole time. Everyone had their own bed. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The location was perfect. No close neighbors so noise wasn’t an issue. These kids were able to have fun and feel like they had their own space. The only request I have would be that the second refrigerator was available for use. We had a lot of food but not a lot of room to put it. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone.

i cannot express enough how awesome this property was for the 23 members of our high school baseball team all week. The property allowed for everything we needed. Plenty of bedroom space, the hitting facility, basketball court, pool and arcade were in use everyday and allowed us to enjoy one another without feeling we were crammed for space. The property owner was in constant contact with us for all of our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property for any team function and extended stay. Thank you so very much for an unbelievably blessed week!!!

The ultimate resort for team bonding. The River Quay Bombers baseball team spent the weekend at the ranch. This house has limited televisions, which is great because it has everything else. The kids were so busy with all the activities on property that they hardly look at any electronics. Our group had about 15 boys and they spent the entire weekend swimming, playing basketball, practicing baseball, warming up for their games and enjoying the outdoors. This house is cleverly decorated and designed to optimize space. The host was very accommodating and even had a van that we rented for our group. We would give this place 10 stars if that was an option.

Great location for a senior class trip

We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay. The instructions for everything were clear and if there was ever a question on something, it was quickly answered. We definitely would enjoy staying here again. There was so much space for our students to explore and hangout in without being crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to any large group to stay. It was a lot of fun and very comfortable.

The Best Large Group House !

This property exceeded expectations. The owner had everything perfect and paid attention to every detail! WE had a group of over 30 High School Seniors and 4 couples chaperoning a Prom House weekend.Sleeping Accommodations were PERFECT with everyone having a comfortable bed to themselves. The upstairs room with 16 beds was ideal for the boys while the girls were grouped in their own rooms downstairs and the chaperoning parents each had their own room. Bunk beds were ideal and allowed for plenty of room spaced with a very large gap between the top and bottom beds.The kids absolutely loved the pool, spa, game room and barn area with the ping pong table and open field to play. The boys also enjoyed the private Outdoor shower and bathroom! The parents and kids had nothing to say but positive comments and also being that we were from Houston, it was an ideal 30 minute commute there and back.Highly recommended for larger group gatherings.

Staff Retreat Success!

Fabulous place for large groups!

The property was perfect for our large group: lots of things to do, spaces to hang out in, and room to sleep and be comfortable. The place was very well maintained, supplied, and clean! We loved the pool, ping pong, and basketball. Some minor issues with people coming to use the batting cages, but hopefully that's been addressed. Some bathrooms were a little far from rooms but manageable. Very close to all Katy had to offer.
