”The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.”

”Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor.”

”We had a great stay! Staff was nice and friendly and room spacious and comfortable. I am deducting one star for a parking pass that did not work at the gate repeatedly and elevators who did not seem to work one of the evenings.”

”Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.”

”I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!”

”The room was clean and met our needs. The water pressure in the shower was poor and it was kind of hot. They were having AC problems. The staff was nice.”

”The elevators were under maintenence. Lines were 20 minutes or more to get up to our 14th floor room. Caused us to miss the shuttle and getting back to the hospital several times. My mom is 81 and it was very hard on several people.”

”Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel. What bothered me wasn’t even the money. It was the attitude. The manager never provided any...

”Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
