A £350 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in.
All guests must complete our secure ID verification process.
After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete both the ID verification and damage deposit (or damage deposit waiver, where applicable).
Once completed, your booking will be confirmed, and you'll receive our digital Guest Guide containing check-in instructions and helpful local information.
House RulesNo parties, events, or loud music.
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Professional cleaning is completed before every stay.
Property NoticePlease note that there is currently scaffolding around the building. While access to the apartment is unaffected, the external appearance and communal areas may be impacted during this period.
Additionally, this apartment is located within a residential apartment block. While we maintain the apartment to a high standard, the communal areas are managed by the building management company and are outside of our control.
