Meillä oli 4 hengen huone ,iso kylpyhuone jossa vähän home haiskahti ja suihku toimi heikosti (vedenpaine ei riittänyt). Silmälasipäinen mies vastaanotossa oli todella ystävällinen ja mukava, naiset hivenen kylmäkiskoisia. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, ranta lähellä ja bussi yhteydet loistavat. Aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan. Kaikenkaikkiaan hintansa väärtti.

I'd stayed here previously, in pre Covid times. It is a spotlessly clean and had changed little from my previous visit. On arrival I was greeted warmly by new manager Bacit and shown to my cosy room. My one night stay was perfect for my intended purpose and I woul;d definitely return.

The bathroom is very very small, the room was massive though, Definitely the bathroom room needs to be bigger, also mind the setup in the bathroom It's Victorian room, The price was reasonable Parking is not free outside during day time until 8pm 9am-8pm , on the website said it was free parking Bed was comfortable Pillows right size for me

This hotel wasn't even open, as refurbished since being a migrant hotel. My booking went through when they tested the system. Instead of cancelling me, they went ahead & allowed my stay. Ravi & Baset couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was any trouble despite them still finishing the refurb. Everything was clean, carpets had been washed & everywhere fresh paint. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet, despite being bank holiday weekend. The area of Hove is nice & not boring & it's easy to walk in to Brighton. I will be returning as a regular to this hotel. Thanks Baset & Ravi

Absolutely shocking!
The room we were given smelt of cigarette / tobacco smoke. Absolutely shocking customer service, not prepared to issue a refund or another room. The language used totally unacceptable, would not recommend to anyone to stay at this place.

I cannot say too much about this hotel as I didn't stay there. Some weeks before going I cancelled my reservation with Expedia due to the COVID19 situation, and because my parents couldn't travel to UK. Around the date I was supposed to be there, I saw that only one room had been cancelled (even though I received an email from Expedia saying that the whole reservation had been cancelled) and I was charged for one room. I sent them like 5 emails asking for a refund or at least for a smaller charge, and I also called them but it wasn't possible to talk to them. The customer service of both Langfords Hotel and Expedia are terrible and I don't recommend anybody to use them.

Room was really clean shower was adequate if you could get the temperature right 😮 Only problem we had was the heat, being at the very top of the hotel and not being able to open the windows fully for fear of invading seagulls 😂😂

Stayed for one night, reception staff very friendly and let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Shower pressure a little on the weak side but still ok. Would stay again, good value for money

A very pleasant family overnight stay.
Perfect for a one night family stay with 5 members accommodated in one room. Good looking building with may convenient buses nearby or a bracing walk to the station. Street parking a little challenging as is typical of the whole area. Comfortable furnishings in a clean and well appointed room. Spacious bathroom with a good shower. Staff very friendly and welcoming in assisting with questions.H appy too recommend to friends and family and would be pleased to stay here again.

Room 406....had a lose tile in bathroom, the light cord was awful, ceiling needs repairing, lamp shade flaking away, wardrobe doors dont shut. Room Doors shut with a bang and people moving about upstairs, but that probably cant be helped. The staff were lovely..:)

Okay location, worn out hotel, service meh...
Worn out hotel. BIf you arrive by car it is much cheaper to pay at the parking stands alongside the road than to pay at the hotel - eventhough they know it is cheaper they didn't have the courtesy to tell us. On the day we left we were asked about our stay and we commented on it, but got a laugh from the receptionist and a "that's too bad". Not exactly the service you would have hoped for. Otherwise the positioning of the hotel is fine. There is a 35 min walk to the Pier of Brighton.

We tried to park our car for 2 hours using the machine outside the hotel but found it wasn't working We mentioned this to reception and we said it would be easier if they had a machine you could pay cash with The chap on reception never mentioned there was a cash machine at the bottom of the road and offered us a parking voucher for 8 hours at £7 when all we needed to pay was £2 I was a bit disappointed he did not inform us of this

I liked the room, spacious clean and loaded with the necessary things. I didn't like that I had to wait for the check in to 3 pm when it says 2 pm and when you move up to 11 am you have to leave. I didn't see the housekeeping cleaning every day, but it said there was daily cleaning.

Very dated. The carpets smell moldy and the walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything. The beds are rock hard.

Brighton's lovely at this time of year
Two nights stay for myself and my daughter to visit friends for their wedding. Service was not that friendly. But, the worst was the second night. Around 2.00 pm some clubbers returned from their night out and occupied two rooms either side of us. They made a huge noise, repeatedly visiting each others' rooms, slamming doors, yelping, shrieking, arguing, laughing and so on. One of the other guests complained to them, they apologies, but when the guest went away they just started making noise again. We could hear it through the walls and along the corridor. My daughter is 10, so I didn't want to get involved in any arguments with possibly drunk or drugged groups of people and didn't complain to them. However, it was awful. Lasted till about 5am. I tried to call reception but no one picked up the phone. I know this sort of thing happens a lot in Brighton, but it does spoil an otherwise lovely weekend for those people who do abide by normal social rules. Other stuff? The room itself is nice, with a lovely high ceiling. The bathroom is really narrow and tight, and the lights weren't working.
