”I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund ”

”I had a four day stay and not once was my room cleaned by housekeeping. On the second day I asked front desk to make sure that housekeeping gathered all the trash, it was all neat piles for them to collect and to change the bed. Came back that evening and nothing was done, when I asked for some sort of compensation that front desk lady god bless her heart had offered to change my sheets. It wasn't her fault so we ended up having to change our own sheets ”

”The tv was on when we got there and unplugged. There was no phone to call to other rooms, so we couldn't call room service or other's we were staying with at the hotel. The faucet for the shower was coming off the wall and our toliet seat was completely broken just sitting on the toliet. A charger from the last person staying was still in the wall, so it seemed as though our room was just thrown together for us that evening ”

”The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. There are places to sit and read, also well-decorated and relaxing. That is the leitmotif of this place -- relax. Then, enjoy. The fireplace was perfect for the chill of March. The cooking class was...

”Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....

”The room was in good shape. The breakfast food served was horible. If you had to stay there in a pinch I would say that is fine. But I wouldn't stay there again.”

”I was expecting a hot tub or at least a tub in my room however there was neither however that could be me not looking properly so just make sure to call and ask if you also need a bathtub ”

”I’ve stayed here before but my 2nd experience is not as pleasant as the first. So here are the reasons why: * Front desk male staff had bad odor. * Found two cockroach in the room. One I had to kill. * faucets were stiff and kinda hard to adjust. Both the shower and the sink. * liquid shower gel was empty upon arrival. Had to ask for couple of bar soaps so I didn’t have to have a cleaner come in the room. * toilet flush lever sometimes gets stuck and would run all night if you don’t lift it....

”This facility was on the middle of renovation. The Breakfast are was only half of the space due to mattress and furniture in the way due to the renovation. The breakfast was blend. and poorly maintain. I do not know how is going to bein the near future but at this time I do not recommend this facility. ”

”Room was clean but hotel is outdated. Breakfast is included but it's not the greatest. Staff was very friendly. Good location as it's east to get on and off I-95. Several places to eat in area. You get what you pay for and I was just thankful for a clean place to lay my head. ”
