”The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115.”

”Sonesta Select Tinton Falls Eatontown CANCELLED my reservation. They did not have my credit card or phone number on file (because I have never stayed there before and booked through Expedia) so they just cancelled my reservation. I found out when I arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The employee at the desk apologized, said they had no rooms available, and told me to call Expedia. But Expedia didn't cancel my reservation, SONESTA DID!!! They did not take any responsibility for my situation and did...

”Very poor service and unprofessional staff. The behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. When you go to the reception, instead of being treated respectfully, you feel like you are being treated poorly. It seemed like they do not understand basic customer service or how to communicate politely with guests. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, I regret even staying one night at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

”Viihdyimme hotellissa erittäin hyvin. Huone ja yleiset tilat olivat poikkeuksellisen siistit ja sängyt mukavat. Edes yleensä inhottava kokolattiamatto ei täällä aiheuttanut inhon väristyksiä. Ihanan tuoksuiset kylpytuotteet :-) Early check-in onnistui nopeasti ja meille suositeltiin toisenlaista huonetta kuin olimme valinneet, jotta saisimme rauhallisemmat unet. Aamiainen oli herkkulajitelma, ei niinkään terveellisen ravitseva, muttei haitannut. Tilaa ruokailuun olisi aamiaisella saanut olla...

”Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!”
