”It's all good! Clean, quiet, friendly, safe. And morning coffee. And reasonable wifi speed. Just a small advice - office table is good but lacks a small lamp for evening work.”

”The front staff was outstanding and very helpful. This place is convenient to all major rroads and easy to navigate. Hotel price was under $100 but everything was great. Hot breakfast in morning was very good. Will stay here again.”

”Worst place i ever stayed. No pool. No elevators. They put handicapped people upstairs. There idea of a continental breakfast is cereal and toast. Nothing hot and no waffles. Good luck trying to understand most the staff and owner.”

”I was surprised with the housekeeping fee, the half hour early check in fee, and the deposit fee which supposedly will be refunded. There was not a lamp for reading nor a night light for night bathroom visits, nor any facial tissues. The room was clean but reminded me of a hostel.”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning could use some extra attention... it wasn't filthy but tops of TV's and picture frames were thick dust. Also had a hair bunch on bathroom wall in shower.”

”We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

”Stayed for 2 nights and had to get 3 different key cards because they would stop working after one use. The wifi would disconnect every few minutes and then have to reconnect. I had to tighten the toilet seat down because it was about to fall off. The refrigerator was barely colder than the room with the AC running. I expected a much better experience for 195.00 a night. I do not recommend staying at a best western at all.”

”I booked thru expedia. It said they had breakfast and a pool. They had neither. When we arrived a lady was asking for a refund. Our door wouldn't shut, no smoke detector in the room. Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the...

”Property is severely dated, needs updating. Loud guests, cops were there last night. Continental breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were very hard. Sausage patties were very over cooked. Juice machine out of apple and cranberry juice.”
