”what a great place to stay! The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing time. After watching a couple video's on how to catch mackerel I piced up 4 mackeral rig at Canadian Tire and caught about 20 right off the dock. There is a black cat thats friendly that had coffee with me a couple mornings lol. The wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the front porch looking at the bay. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

”The room is clean. Curtains were not fixed, but minor. Wish we could have more utility of the television, all channels were unavailable. But overall, thank you and still will recommend for a quick stay to roam in Halifax. Will come back for sure. Thank you”

”Good value for the money. Only issue had was central heating kept the room at 23.5C so had to put on a/c which kicked in constantly.”

”Rooms were dirty. Found a used facecloth hanging on tub curtain rod. Face-clothes were stained… Property needs some love as it’s musty and outdated.”

”Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel looked well maintained and clean. Was only there one night, but would definitely go back. Enjoyed the continental breakfast as well.”
