The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. I loved this stay...I was on the 12th floor, my only issue was the weak water pressure and the constant heat at nights, my throat was dry every morning due to same, other than that it was lovely staff, services and location â€ïžâ€ïž
