”Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!”

”Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed. The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins.”

”The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. The only minor issue was that the curtains in the room were a bit too light-colored, which let in quite a bit of light at night and affected sleep. ”
