”Wir waren so glücklich über diese tolle Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und es wird ein tolles Frühstück serviert. Das Personal und der Gastgeber sind sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und werden aufjedenfall nochmal diese Unterkunft und das schöne Örtchen besuchen!”

We spent five nights in the petite apartment, which is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely gardens, swimming pool and a braai. The maintenance and cleaning is to a very high standard, WiFi worked well. It’s well located in a quiet / safe area, pleasant walk to an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be back!”

Meidät majoitettiin kuitenkin viereiseen taloon, missä oli vain yksi huoneisto ja henkilökunnan tiloja. Meillä oli oma pieni uima-allas käytössämme ja auton sai parkkiin omalle lukitulle pihalle. Aamiais tilaus käytiin noutamassa, kun halusimme ja aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen. Ystävällinen omistaja ja henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti korttelin sivussa pääkadusta, jonka kulmassa todella kiva...
”Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.”
”Lovely guesthouse! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the owner even dropped us down to the wine tram and helped us plan our day, so kind! ”Plumwood boutique hotel was situated close to all the amenities in Franschhoek. The room was spotless. The staff were excellent on always on hand to help us. We had an amazing breakfast with a fantastic choice. Lovely little touches such as a bed turndown, message on our pillow, slippers, hot and cold drinks always available and a beautiful bracelet as a parting gift. ”The Cottage is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the host Jan has thought of everything. The private area outside and the pool are fab, pretty garden with lots of flower's and shrubs to attract the birds. Jan sent us useful information on booking and then more on check in which helped us decide how we would spend our time, he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and vineyards to visit. There were lots of lovely little touches each day it was definitely a 5 star...
