”We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!”

”The room 512 was so noisy that one could hear all discussions on the hallway and traffic. Furthermore the cleaning storage was just next to the room so there was no peace at all. Furthermore there was someone else's welcome note and wine, which were picked up from us. ”

”The room was well equipped and perfect for two. We stayed for a week and had no issues.”

”Very enjoyable!”

”The room was a lot older and worn down than in the pictures and needed a face lift. The breakfast and the location were really good!”

”Both sinks in both of my bathrooms were clogged. I had them fix it but still wasn’t fixed. It was so gross brushing my teeth in a clogged sink.”

”Really enjoyed a two night stay here. Staff really friendly. Quiet but not a ghost town as members would gone and go to various events. I much prefer a boutique hotel compared to the larger hotels around filled with people. Will book again if need to stay in that area of Toronto. Parking is on Simcoe St behind the building, there is a back door where you can access the building instead of walking to the front.”

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja huone saatiin heti saavuttaessa. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Kuntosali ok. ”

”The room need some renovation since it was quite worn down and beds were not very comfortable. Check-in was not the smooth experience I have come across in other Hiltons hotels. The staff at breakfast was far from professional - we were sat down into a table that had not been cleared from previous diners and they never got the dirty dishes away. We were also given food on dirty dishes and our order got mixed up a few times. For the price of our room it was definitely not worth it and would stay...

”Although Expedia has this property listed, it is not a hotel, you will not be able to access the basic service that any hotel would provide. Be aware that after you have booked this property you will find there is no baggage storage after checkout. The guest will have to drag their suitcase to every event they have planned for the day in Toronto, so in a way major way it was waste of money to stay here”

”Poikkeuksellisen miellyttävä hotelli. Yksityiskohdat kohdallaan, ja niistä rakentui upea kokonaisuus. Laventelituoksupullo yöksi, kauniit aamiaiskupit, terveellinen aamiainen, uima-altaan järvinäkymät, ystävällinen henkilökunta, kätevä valet-palvelu...”

”Clean and nice hotel. Good location. Marilyn at the front desk was amazing, welcoming and so lovely!”

”Breakfast is ok but for you europeans, there really is not much frehs things available.”

”Breakfast was delicious, service was warm and intentional! Location is perfect! Nathan Phillip Square, Sankofa and CF Eaton Centre for amazing shopping... all in walking distance! Staff were truly warm, welcoming + simply ready to serve. Clean room & comfortable King bed also made the short trip memorable!”
