Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. ”Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old.
