”Considering it's a very new hotel, they have ironed out all the kinks & everything ran smooth on our stay. The staff are so friendly & helpful. It's located in a great pocket of District 1, walking distance to all the city's attractions. The rooftop pool is also pretty good. If we ever come back to HCMC we will be staying here”
”Excellent price vs. quality ratio. Hotel is very clean, colorful, the staff is friendly and room looked like brand new. Lobby and bar is open 24/7. Despite the small size of the rooms it was organized so that it felt bigger than it actually is. I highly recommend for travellers with smaller budget, because in this hotel you want to also spend time instead of just stay to sleep.”

”I stayed The Bloom for 4 days. All reception staff were very kindly. Regarding room, facility was kept on clean. I could relax during 4 days staying.”

Everything is as advertised, and the location in the Japanese quarter is great. Our room was super quiet and we slept very well.

”as a frequent traveler to hcmc, this a true gem for price/value. occasionally i try a sub $100 USD hotels and they always have been a disappointment until this one. 4star 5star level cleanliness. that’s my priority. Location is also super convenient. the shower is bit odd as it’s a japanese style but it’s not the worst I have seen in hcmc. staff is also friendly. construction nearby so little bit on the noisy side, but it’s hcmc. it’s loud and vibrant. ”

There were little things I've noticed that made our stay feel safe at all times. The outside staff was always aware. I was inside making change with the front desk while my wife was outside waiting to pickup food delivery. "I had good time and everything worked well. There are good views from roof restaurant. This hotel is on historical Dong Khoi street so it was safe location. Walking distance to sights and Japan town. Only thing there could be better electrical outlets in room."
"It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
