”My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.”

”The property was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was great, with one small exception. We arrived, followed directions given to us, the code worked. We unloaded our bags and groceries and a short time later, 2 families arrived. We were in the wrong house. We looked around and found the house in the back. I can't believe both houses had the same code. So we had to load everything up and move while these families stood outside waiting for us. It stated that these 2 houses would not rented to two...

”The property is beautiful and accessible for all ages. Our 2 year old loved the fountain and we loved the seating area. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and easily reachable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!”

”The Brixley House was great, well decorated and spotless. The location was excellent, in the middle of Kerrville and close to everything. The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Brixley House again!”
