Kim made me a FULL dairy free breakfast both days, including homemade pancakes and french toast. I honestly really only expected like peanut butter on toast or dairy free milk for cereal in the morning as accommodation and was pretty blown away that she made these items separately for one person. ”Stay was wonderful, clean, well decorated and exactly as described. The one comment, it does get loud due to street noise. If there is a way to insulate the outside noise from people walking late at night or the cars going by. I used my sound machine app and was fine”

”Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. She was the nicest person you could ask for. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and was in a great location with access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've ever had - fench toast casserole with blueberry. It was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again and...

”Island House Newport was absolutely perfect. It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, it truly feels like a home. The space, design, and attention to detail made it incredibly comfortable, especially traveling with our 1-year-old. Everything felt calm, private, and thoughtfully set up for a family stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back.”

”A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. ”
