”We were very pleased with our stay at the Oaks. Convenient location. Very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. Good bathroom lighting for makeup (i know that sounds trivial but anyone putting on makeup understands) and helpful, friendly staff. We will be staying there next time we are in the area. ”

”Great apartment with good loocation.”

”Nice spacious bedroom and lounge room with great view over the valley. Good quality kitchenette. Bathroom was a bit odd -toilet seat didn’t fit properly and the water for the shower was the wrong way round. Loved the location as we had things to do at Bimbadgen -500m walk.”

”Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apartment was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were high quality. Kids loved the experience. Enjoyed walking along the harbour in the early morning sun. Parking was good and reception staff friendly. Good value for money. ”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. ”
