”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”We loved our stay at the Punthill Maitland. We booked 3 rooms as we were attending a wedding. The motel was really clean and tidy and well maintained. Our rooms and bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and great. ”
