”The room was very comfortable, clean, nice bathroom and able to adjust temperature to my comfort level. Lots of places around to eat. I really enjoyed my stay.”

”Filthy hotel. TV remote didn’t work. The refrigerator and microwave had a bad power strip therefore no electricity to the items. Maintenance leaves before check-in. Luckily got a new power strip. Beer bottles in stairway and throughout the parking lot. No locks on outside doors. Not a place to feel safe.”

”We did not eat the breakfast because it was only toast or waffles.. The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!”

”Breakfast didn't have as many options as most Holiday Inns I've stayed at. Parking was terrible due to large shipping containers on property. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant but breakfast staff was not inviting. The sink in our was clogged and after a failed attempt to fix we were moved to another room.”

”Wir waren als Familie da. Dafür war die Größe und der Preis des Zimmer super. Die Sauberkeit war etwas unbefriedigend. Es wurde schon geputzt, aber nicht an allen Stellen wie wir es aus Deutschland gewohnt sind. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch und ausreichend um satt zu werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend um Charlotte zu besichtigen. Parkplätze sind rund um das Hotel ausreichend vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. ”

”The noise insulation from the road across is bad. And there is no enough space in the shower to adjust the water temperature without getting drenched with cold water. The eggs in the breakfast had raw smell. ”

”I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and...
