”Breakfast didn't have as many options as most Holiday Inns I've stayed at. Parking was terrible due to large shipping containers on property. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant but breakfast staff was not inviting. The sink in our was clogged and after a failed attempt to fix we were moved to another room.”

”Wir waren als Familie da. Dafür war die Größe und der Preis des Zimmer super. Die Sauberkeit war etwas unbefriedigend. Es wurde schon geputzt, aber nicht an allen Stellen wie wir es aus Deutschland gewohnt sind. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch und ausreichend um satt zu werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend um Charlotte zu besichtigen. Parkplätze sind rund um das Hotel ausreichend vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. ”

”I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and...

”We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had”

”I was a guest on the first floor and was unable to use the ice machine because it was broken. There was no luggage rack, so I had to use the only chair in the room to unpack and pack my suitcase. There was no desk or table to write and use my laptop. I was awakened several times during the night because of the shaking of the bed due to other guests allowing their doors to be closed too strongly. There were people smoking majouna at the main door entrance to the motel. I feared for my safety...

”I made this confirmation on Tuesday if last week. Arrived in Charlotte Friday and went to check in about 4 pm and there was no room available. This facility was overbooked and claimed to be more like an extended stay! I said that was written on the website. They said they knew. There were a lot of things going on in Charlotte this weekend. D fed up staying at Microtel by Wyndham. Was not happy about the cancellation and Microtel.”
